Oyo State
Chapter of the
Nigeria Labour

late
yesterday
evening
agreed to
terms and
conditions
with the
State
government,
thus called off
the industrial
action that
has entered
two months.
The meeting
which was
held at the
office of the
State's Head
of Service, Mr

aimed at
resolving the
lingering
imbroglio
ended in "win
win situation"
and resolved
that workers
be payed two
months salary
as urgently as
possible.
According to
the Union
Captain,
Comrade
Waheed
Olojede said
government
has promised
to pay two
months salary
arrears as
fast as
possible.
He further
stressed that
the
government
has also
promised to
appeal to
commercial
banks not to
make loan
deductions
from the two
months to be
released to
avoid workers
