How to relieve indigestion that may lead to costipation

1. Get bowel
Get fresh lemon juice or lime dilute with water and drink.
2. Lick sweet with menthol.
3. Drink lot of water.
4. Add efirin , bitter leaf and salt spueeze together and drink the water.
5. Eating fruit rich in fibre -garden egg , boiled corn.
6. Eat vegetable.
7. Using Aloe vera
cut the jell put it in the bowl and drink.

Prevention
1. Moderation
Eat what your stomach can contain.
2. Make sure you eat lot of fruit rich in fibre and vegetable.
3. Drink lot of water
-15 minutes before you eat, to aid digestion, to reduce over eating
15 minutes after eating.
Adult 2-3 litres of water in a day.
4. Exercise
-Make exercise your daily routine.
5. Good eating habit.
6. Having lot of rest.
7. Quit smoking and drinking.
